Remote Support

LedgerLite is so reliable and easy-to-use we don't think you'll need this. But in the event you do we can use TeamViewer to connect to your computer remotely to assist with any issues you may have.

Database Backup

We can't stress enough the importance of making a regular backup copy of your LedgerLite database files. It's as simple as making a copy of each LLD file to an external hard drive, network drive or USB stick but you need to constantly remind yourself to do it. If you don't and accidentally delete your database file (and it isn't in the Recycle Bin) there's not a lot we can do except suggest you start again with a new empty database, rebuild your chart of accounts and re-enter everything from scratch.
