Integrated Finance System


Responsive Software have developed an integrated finance and general ledger system based on our Framework that is used by Axess Finance. This application has been designed to track, report and manage the details of all their client accounts and loan contracts. It also provides a fully integrated general ledger & cashbook.


This system has been successfully in production since July 2016.




Integrated Information System


Responsive Software have developed a system based on our Framework for New Zealand Trustee Services Limited on behalf of Sabre IT Limited. This application includes a corporate and personal entity and relationship database, document merging and management, a single-entry book keeping system for trust debts, assets, cash and gifting, fee and time based pricing, time recording, job entry, job tracking, invoicing, work scheduling, event recording, reminder scheduling and messaging.


This system has been successfully in production since April 2010.




Card-Draw Lotto System


Responsive Software have developed a system based on our Framework that is used by NZ Fiji Community Services Support & Projects Trust. This application is used to manage a card-draw lotto system to raise funds for a charitable trust. It creates the card combinations for each ticket, prints the tickets and records the results of each weekly draw. It also provides reports showing the status of a specified ticket as well as a list of those tickets that have won the first and second division prizes.


This system has been successfully in production since April 2009.




Web Server System


Responsive Software have developed a system based on our Framework that is used by Peter Benton Prophetic Ministries. This application is used to host a website that includes a significant amount of audio content in MP3 format. It also provides the ability for users to add their name and email address to a contact database. This system has never suffered a security breach in spite of numerous attempts by unauthorised agents to break into it.


This system has been successfully in production since September 2008.




Fish Track & Trace System


Responsive Software have developed a system based on our Framework that is used by Great Ocean Seafoods Limited. This application is used to record the status of all fish received into, processed in and transferred between any of their factories or cool stores located throughout Oceania. It provides a complete picture of the origin, location, status and cost of every item of fish (and packaging) at every step of the process including delivery to their customers.


This system has been successfully in production since February 2008.




Integrated Information System


Responsive Software have developed a fully-integrated corporate information system based on our Framework for Sabre IT Limited. This application includes stocked item pricing, manufactured item pricing, service item pricing, labour pricing, travel pricing, quote entry, quote tracking, job entry, job tracking, work scheduling, client database, contact database, sales prospecting, event recording, reminder scheduling, messaging, stock control, invoicing and full two-way synchronization with the QuickBooks accounting program.


This system has been successfully in production since October 2007.




Client/Job Management System


Responsive Software have developed a client/job management system based on our Framework for Eriksens Global Actuaries and Investment Strategists. This application provides a common client/job database to consultants operating from offices in Auckland, Wellington and Sydney as well as further afield. It has been proven to perform well using both broadband and dial-up connections over TCP/IP.


This system has been successfully in production since April 2006.




Jewellery Manufacturing System


Responsive Software have developed a system based on our Framework for Argosy Jewellery Limited on behalf of Sabre IT Limited. This is a highly customized application designed specifically for a jewellery manufacturer and wholesaler and includes product/stone costing, ordering, back ordering, stock control, export documentation, product labelling, customers, sales and commissions reporting and full integration to a general ledger.


This system has been successfully in production since May 2006.




Integrated Finance System


Responsive Software have developed an integrated finance and general ledger system based on our Framework that is used by Martyn & Perriam Financial Services. This application has been designed to track, report and manage the details of all their client accounts including consumer credit, mortgages, personal loans, revolving credit and deposit accounts. It also provides a fully integrated general ledger & cashbook.


This system has been successfully in production since July 2005.




Furniture Manufacturing System


Responsive Software have developed a system for Sabre IT Limited based on our Framework for use in a furniture factory. This application has been designed to track and report the details of all the jobs in a furniture manufacturing plant. It also interacts with the Ardis woodcutting software and the MYOB accounting software in order to provide a foolproof end-to-end business process that eliminates the double entry of data into multiple systems.


This system has been successfully in production at Webco Joinery since December 2004.




Household/Food Parcel/Delivery System


Responsive Software have developed a system based on our Framework that is used by 0800 Hungry Ministries Trust at their food warehouse. This application has been designed to record and report on the details of all food parcels delivered to households in Christchurch by a network of volunteers working for community organisations, churches and charitable trusts. This system allows information to be recorded about individual household circumstances in order that they can be targeted with additional assistance by the appropriate agencies where necessary.


This system has been successfully in production since July 2004.




Fish Processing System


Responsive Software have developed a system based on our Framework that is used by Canterbury Fish Contractors Limited. This application has been designed to track the status of all fish processed in their factory. This is a complex system that records the details of all fish received into their factory using a variety of documentation provided by the fishermen and/or other fish contractors. It then allows the user to enter the details of each of the processing steps including skinning, filleting, grading, packing and shipping. It also interacts with systems at both FishServe and the New Zealand Food Safety Authority in order to provide the electronic tracking information required by the regulatory authorities.


This system has been successfully in production since July 2003.




General Ledger & Cashbook Accounting System


Responsive Software have developed a basic general ledger & cashbook accounting system based on our Framework that has been available for free download via our company website since December 2004 as a demonstration of the type of systems we develop. This has received more than 500,000 downloads and we are now aware of many organisations that are successfully using it to record and manage their finances.




Other Systems


Responsive Software have made significant contributions to many other large scale and complex systems. This experience has given us a good grasp of the technical requirements and conceptual integrity required for such systems to be successful. This includes the Noel Leeming point-of-sale and back-office administration systems, the Toniq Pharmacy Dispensary and Retail systems, the Unisys Universal Messaging system and the Specialised Machine Software Linecontrol system.
